Unlike larger organizations our center is family owned and operated, so our families get our full attention.  Your suggestions, questions and concerns go right to the top.

Our staff is wonderful.  Our Program Administer is a registered pediatric nurse.  Our lead teachers have years of experience in child development, and every assistant is carefully selected.

Our children groups are kept small, while maintaining a child to staff ratio of 6 to 1.  this allows us to better facilitate activities, monitor child interactions, and assist when needed.

We actively encourage diversity and acceptance of others.  Positive behaviors are rewarded and negative behaviors discouraged.

The result?  A close-knit community of children and staff who enjoy coming together for playing and learning. 

Essex Enrichment Center is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.  Our center is located in modern classrooms at the First-Calvary Baptist Church.  Our programs are non-denominational.
